NEW YORK (Associated Press) - IBM said Wednesday it has signed a three-year, $130 million extension to its contract to provide information technology assistance to Fluor Corp.
International Business Machines Corp. runs help desks, data centers, tech support and network management around the world for Fluor, an engineering and construction firm based in Irving, Texas.
The new three-year agreement was signed in October and extends a contract originally signed in January 2006.
IBM shares fell 95 cents to $79.13 in morning trading, while Fluor shares dipped 22 cents to $33.05 in morning trading.
