BRITISH HUMAN RESOURCE solutions company NorthgateArinso is adding at least 200 employees within the year, as it prepares to expand its operations in the country.
In a statement, the company said the past three years of its operations in the country had proven the high skill levels of the Filipino business process outsourcing workers, providing it with an incentive to further expand here.
The Philippines houses NorthgateArinso�s global delivery center and Asia-Pacific headquarters.
�NorthgateArinso has recognized the Filipino talent in the HR BPO sector, launching this expertise in the international business arena,� the firm said.
�Besides providing more jobs, NorthgateArinso�s renowned and internationally recognized reputation allows Filipino workers to make use of state-of-the-art technology and training, improving Filipino skills to global standards,� it added.
The company calls its Philippine delivery center, one of eight in five continents and 31 countries, �the smartest choice for multinational companies.�
Headquartered in the United Kingdom, the company has more than 5,000 employees worldwide, providing HR solutions and services to around 10,700 multinational, large and medium enterprise customers, and small and medium businesses.
The company said it planned to develop not only its market share in the United States and Europe, but also in Asia Pacific.
In the Philippines, NorthgateArinso provides clients with an extensive suite of HR solutions, including the online HR BPO solution euHReka, which offers companies control over their HR operations over the Internet, reducing costs for both in-house hardware and software.
